I've a problem with my order, how can I reach you?

If you have a problem with your order, you can also reach us via the contact form. Please include your order number. I will reply as soon as I can.

Please note there is no support request processed on my social media channels.

The order is completed but I can't download anything

If you start the download, but it downloads nothing or only an empty file, then switch briefly once to the other language (English or German) and try to download the file again. If it still doesn’t work then contact us, we will reply within 12 hours.

I've bought a video and received a ZIP file

That is normal, we compress most of our videos in a ZIP file, this is a file type to compress large files. You have to extract the ZIP file with WinZip, Winrar or 7zip.

I can't finish the download, the download aborts in the middle

Please make sure you are on a PC with a LAN cable connected. If you use WLAN it can happen that the connection get’s interrupted which cancels the download. Also it is not recommended to download the video on your mobile phone or tablet. Because our files are large and the download might take some time, it can happen that the connection to your phone gets interrupted or it goes in to standby, what could abort the download.

I don't receive emails from you, like password reset

This can happen, please check your Spam folder, it’s likely that the emails are there. If they are not contact us through our contact form and we will help you.

I can't play the video, what should I do?

We strongly recommend to use the VLC Player to play the videos, it is 100% capable of playing our videos.
Please also consider that our Ultra HD (4k) videos have a high bitrate. You need a processor that can handle 4k videos. It is also advisable with the 4k videos, if a fast hard disk is available, since it can come otherwise to the fact that the video is not played or only after long buffer.

I'm a man and would like to be a part of it

At the moment we are only looking for female actors. For the future, however, it is also planned to include males. I’ve also the plan to make it possible for everyone with this fetish to have access to it. The plan is still in the early stages but I’m working on it.

What Data do you need if I want to order from you?

We only need your email adress for your order and after the checkout your payment details.

Is my payment anonymous?

Yes with every payment method there is no way in telling what you bought. For example if you pay via Credit Card, there is no product name listed on the statement, same with all of the other payment methods.

I've wrote you an email but didn't receive an answer

We answer all Emails sent to us, so please check your spamfolder our Email might be in there. In some cases your Email provider could block our emails. So just in case you could try another Email account and send your question from there.

I can't see any Teasers

We have trailers in every product, if you can’t see them it is probably because of your browser or a plugin you are using. Our videos run on Vimeo and are without ads, but there are some plugins that prevent the playback of Vimeo videos.

Is the parcel anonymous?

Yes, I will send it to you anonymous, nobody will know what is inside the package and that you bought it here.

When do you start wearing the panties / start with the order?

When the payment is completed I’m ready to start wearing the panties or use the toys etc. I will update the status of the order so you’re always up to date.

How long does the delivery take?

That depends on the option you select. Mainly it depends on the wearing time, if you select nothing, then I will wear it for one day and after that I will send it to you. If you select 5 Days for example, I will wear it a minimum 5 Days and after that I will send it.

What are the additional options?

You can select these and I will add something “special” to it. For example, extra wet means that I will get horny so I’m even juicier and therefore the panties are really soaked. Salvia traces, I will wear them but also spit in them for you. Where do I see the current status of my order?

For this you have to go to your profile and select the specific order you want to know the status off. The current status is under “Order updates”, there you can see the current status.There you will see for example if I started to wear the panties you have ordered and I will update the status when I’m done and the package is ready for delivery.

After that you will find the tracking code of your package in the order as well.
